Digital Product Manager - Retail Media (Remote)

Role Summary

Join BJ's Wholesale Club, supporting members and communities across 235+ clubs and eight distribution centers. Work in a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on outstanding service and convenience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the product roadmap for Retail Media
• Ensure accountability for business outcomes and make necessary trade-offs with marketing leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, and UX for seamless platform implementations
• Apply a customer-focused approach to define requirements based on customer needs
• Develop, prioritize, and execute the backlog as the product manager for the Retail Media development pod

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product experience focused on Retail Media implementation and platform management
• Solid understanding of the Retail Media landscape, including online and offline ad placements
• Proven ability to drive measurable change within the organization, especially in Retail Media
• Experience delivering through Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills; ability to maintain effective business relationships with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases

Job Conditions

• Hybrid role: Tuesday–Thursday in-office (Marlborough, MA), Monday and Friday remote
• Pay range starting from $125,500 (actual salary depends on location, education, experience, and qualifications)
