The candidate will also manage VAT reporting, registration fee and customs reconciliations, and financial follow-up for each company. Administrative duties such as contract management, insurance, procurement, and order registration are part of the role. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management, be structured, self-driven, and able to maintain a thorough approach in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Uniconta is essential. Practical assistance with various tasks is expected, and an interest in motorcycles is advantageous but not mandatory. The position offers a flexible and informal work environment with short decision-making lines, primarily a 30-hour workweek based in Kolding. This role demands strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and familiarity with accounting software and financial processes typical in small to medium-sized enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Daglig bogføring og afstemninger i Uniconta/Economic
  • Fakturering, kreditor- og debitorstyring
  • Lønkørsel og håndtering af udlæg
  • Klargøring af materiale til revisor
  • Momsafregning og rapportering
  • Afstemning af registreringsafgift og toldbehandling
  • Økonomiopfølgning på de enkelte selskaber
  • Administrative opgaver (kontrakter, forsikringer, indkøb, registrering af ordrer mm.)

Requirements

  • Erfaring med bogholderi og økonomistyring
  • Struktureret, selvkørende og godt overblik
  • Arbejder grundigt og trives i et højt tempo
  • Fortrolig med Office-pakken og Uniconta
  • Klar til at hjælpe med praktiske opgaver
  • Interesse for motorcykler er en fordel, men ikke et krav
