Key competencies include daily bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable and payable management, payroll processing including reporting of sickness and wage refunds, and drafting employment contracts. The role also involves VAT, tax, and other statutory reporting, preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, and collaboration with auditors on annual accounts. Regular account reconciliations and ongoing financial monitoring are essential, alongside handling various ad hoc financial tasks as part of business operations. Strong IT aptitude is necessary to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges. Familiarity with financial and payroll software is critical, specifically experience using Visma.net for accounting, Samesystem for time registration, and Dataløn for payroll. The position offers a collaborative office environment alongside colleagues from warehouse and webshop teams but requires self-reliance in managing the bookkeeping function. The candidate should be comfortable working 30 to 37 hours per week with considerable autonomy and influence over the financial processes. The role is based in Holstebro, Denmark, and demands prompt availability. - Søger en selvstændig og ansvarsbevidst bogholder med fuldt ansvar for økonomifunktionen
Ansvarsområder
- Daglig bogføring inkl. debitor- og kreditoropfølgning
- Lønbogføring, indberetning af sygdom og lønrefusion samt udarbejdelse af lønkontrakter
- Indberetning til moms, skat og øvrige myndigheder
- Måneds- og kvartalsregnskab samt udarbejdelse af årsregnskab i samarbejde med revisor
- Løbende afstemninger og økonomisk opfølgning
- Ad hoc-opgaver som en del af virksomhedens økonomiske drift
Arbejdsmiljø
- Kontor sammen med seks kollegaer fra lager og webshop
- Selvstændigt ansvar for bogholderiet, men tæt og uformelt samarbejde med teamet
Krav
- Erfaring med bogholderi og selvstændigt arbejde
- Flair for IT og evne til hurtigt at sætte sig ind i nye systemer og processer
