Role Summary

Join an English sports equipment manufacturer as a Digital Product/Project Manager. Lead web and e-commerce projects for prestigious sports brands, acting as the bridge between departments in an innovative, international omnichannel business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of web-based apps and e-commerce projects, from initiation to launch
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Apply expertise in online retail and user-centric design to enhance customer experiences
• Drive Shopify platform-based projects
• Implement product management methodologies for planning, prioritisation, and tracking
• Understand CRM, B2C, B2B, system integrations, fulfilment systems, product lifecycles, and payment gateways
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure project alignment
• Connect technical, creative, and commercial teams for cross-department collaboration

Requirements

• Upper Intermediate / Advanced English level
• Minimum 5 years' experience in e-commerce, managing multi-disciplined apps, web-based or e-commerce projects
• Familiarity with Shopify and formal product management methodologies
• Certificates or qualifications (Agile, CPM, PMP, Prince 2, etc.) are a benefit
• Comfortable working in medium-sized businesses with broad roles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in or knowledge of the sports industry is a plus
• Understanding of AI tools and resources is a big plus
• Able to work UK hours: 9:00–17:30, 5 days per week
