Role Summary

• Join the Customer Success team to support Danish dealers and international distributors
• Assist with ordering, pre-sales, troubleshooting, training, and more
• Customer Success is central to Unicontrol’s growth strategy
• Based at HQ in Odense

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding of distributors across the organization
• Increase product adoption among existing distributors
• Provide support for Danish customers
• Visualize and manage distributor needs within the company
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and internal teams

Requirements

• Relevant technical background
• Experience in machine control, surveying, or digital construction
• Fluency in English
• Advantage if you also speak German, Spanish, or Danish
• Experience in the construction industry preferred
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to manage small teams
• Curious mindset
• Pragmatic troubleshooter
