Bliv en central del af bogholderiteamet hos Delta of Scandinavia, et internationalt incoming rejsebureau i Ballerup. Du får ansvar for økonomi og administration i et lille, engageret team med mulighed for udvikling.

Responsibilities

  • Håndtering af fællespostkasser og henvendelser
  • Registrering og kontrol af kreditorfakturaer i Navidoc samt kontakt til operatører
  • Registrering og afstemning af Mastercard og bank
  • Ad hoc-opgaver som projektlister, rapporter og statistikker
  • Deltagelse i årsafslutning og samarbejde med revisor
  • Mulighed for mere ansvar og udvikling inden for økonomi og koordinering

Requirements

  • Struktureret, grundig og arbejder selvstændigt
  • Flair for tal og interesse for økonomi
  • Serviceminded og kommunikerer klart – både på dansk og engelsk
  • Gode IT-kompetencer, især i Microsoft Office
  • Lærer hurtigt nye systemer og processer
  • Kan bevare overblikket, også når der er travlt
