Role Summary

We are seeking a Head of Administration to support our operations and help drive our growth. You will oversee administration, HR support, and coordination with finance, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative routines and office operations
  • Handle contracts, compliance, and documentation
  • Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, staff planning, and onboarding
  • Coordinate invoicing, payroll, and reporting with our accountant
  • Develop efficient systems to support company growth
  • Act as a key point of contact between management, employees, and partners

Requirements

  • Experience in administration/office management (preferably in services or cleaning industry)
  • Well-organized, structured, and proactive
  • Understanding of Danish HR and business regulations
  • Proficient with IT systems and MS Office
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
