Role Summary
- Join HSO's Business Systems team as a key member during a major transformation
- Administer and shape the Xurrent (4me) internal service management platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to tailor the platform to real-world needs
- Take ownership of the platform with a high degree of autonomy
- Support over 300 colleagues in the Managed Services team
Responsibilities
- Oversee creation, modification, and management of user accounts and roles
- Design, configure, and optimize service management processes and workflows
- Develop and implement automations to streamline tasks and improve performance
- Set up, maintain, and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Create and manage intuitive self-service customer portals
- Collaborate with business owners to implement new services
- Ensure up-to-date documentation and training for users
Requirements
- Experience with Service Management (e.g., ITIL, USM) and related processes
- Proven track record in a SIAM (Service Integration and Management) environment
- Ability to manage multiple service providers and integrate their services
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Affinity with IT and experience configuring web applications
- Previous experience with the Xurrent (4me) platform is preferred
