This position requires a reliable and flexible employee to work in a breakfast restaurant, primarily responsible for preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet area. Key competencies include punctuality, flexibility in working hours, and a neat, presentable appearance. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in Danish and/or English and should have prior kitchen experience. Core tasks involve setting up the breakfast buffet, replenishing items, clearing away used dishes, washing dishes from the buffet, and ensuring cleanliness of the buffet, restaurant area, and restrooms. The role demands attention to hygiene and the ability to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Working hours alternate weekly, including early morning shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, requiring readiness to start as soon as possible. Overall, the ideal candidate will demonstrate practical kitchen skills, strong work ethic, good communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service in a fast-paced breakfast restaurant setting.

Opgaver
- Klargøring af morgenmadsbuffet (opdækning, opfyldning og afrydning)
- Opvask fra morgenbuffeten
- Renholdelse af buffet og restaurantområdet
- Rengøring af toiletter
Arbejdstider
- Uge 1: Torsdag og fredag kl. 5:00 - 12:00
- Uge 2: Lørdag og søndag kl. 7:00 - 12:00
