Role Summary

• Entry-level, full-time position
• Based in Milan, Italy at the main office
• Support Motu Novu Studio Legale and Motu Novu LLC in business development, marketing, and communications
• Day trips around Italy and occasional travel within Europe or to the United States

Responsibilities

• Support definition and implementation of business development, communication, and marketing strategies
• Assist in developing marketing collaterals (web and social media presence)
• Research and qualify potential leads
• Organize and participate in meetings with leads and clients
• Manage the company’s CRM
• Organize and participate in business development events (trade-shows, conferences, seminars, networking events)
• Travel within Italy, Europe, and/or to the United States (at least 30% of the time)

Requirements

• Confident and poised in internal and external interactions
• Demonstrated legal research and organizational skills
• Exceptional oral and good written communication skills
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with IT tools for communication, marketing, and CRM
• Basic knowledge of business law
• Knowledge of additional languages

Language Requirements

• Italian: European CEFR Level C2
• English: European CEFR Level B2 or higher

Location and Visa Requirements

• Based in or around Milan, Italy, or willing to relocate at own expense
• Italian citizen or legally authorized to live and work in Italy
• Legally authorized to drive in Italy and in possession of a car

Benefits

• Base compensation: €40,000 RAL over 14 pay cycles per year (indeterminate term employment agreement)
