Responsibilities
- Organize: Source and allocate parts as needed to fulfill service commitments; responsible for receiving, picking, and shipping; manage warehouse operations to support Service teams
- Ensure quality: Ensure quality and accuracy of received parts and paperwork for efficient service appointments and workflow
- Coordinate & Collaborate: Work across teams and with suppliers to ensure parts availability; review jobs, plan accordingly, and communicate changes quickly
- Communicate: Maintain high-level communication with local Service teams and suppliers to provide a seamless customer experience
- Multi-task: Handle multiple priorities efficiently, organize workload, solve problems proactively, and ensure timely customer service
Requirements
- Experienced: Professional experience in warehousing and logistics, preferably in automotive industries
- Interested & fast learner: Genuine interest in cars and eagerness to learn more; automotive expertise not required
- Skilled communicator: Proficient in English (spoken and written); able to communicate clearly and respectfully
- Digitally savvy: Quick to adopt and adapt to new technology and systems
- Flexible team player: Enjoys collaborating with different people
- Safe to drive: Full valid driver’s license required
