Role Summary
- Temporary position as Project Manager substitute in R&D with possibility of extension
- Act as the connecting point from R&D to all departments
- Report directly to the CTO and collaborate closely for decision making

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage R&D projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive transparency and progress in development teams through backlog management and follow-up
- Collaborate with engineers and specialists to ensure clear goals and priorities
- Maintain and lead a positive work culture within the team
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely communication of status, challenges, and changes
- Support continuous improvement of workflows and development processes; establish new procedures if needed
- Document project status and promote knowledge sharing using project management tools
- Gather and mediate specific needs for the CTO and team
Requirements
- Relevant education in project management within tech, design, or business
- A few years of experience in project management, preferably in R&D or product development
- Hands-on experience with agile frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced, changing environments
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing directions
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and cross-functional team dynamics
