Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our Service team. Reporting to the Head of Service, you will manage New Machine and Life Cycle Services (LCS) projects from start to finish—ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple technical service projects
  • Coordinate resources and on-site activities
  • Track budgets, quality, and project performance
  • Handle reclamation processes and risk mitigation
  • Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and manage escalations

Requirements

  • Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business—or equivalent experience
  • Proven project coordination experience in a technical or industrial setting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project and SAP
