Role Summary
- Manage and grow relationships with B2B SaaS clients (mainly in the Netherlands)
- Focus on customer retention, onboarding, and client success
- Act as a strategic advisor to retail and e-commerce customers
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customers, supporting their business goals
- Understand customer objectives and create tailored success plans
- Drive retention, expansion, and renewals
- Identify and pursue up- and cross-sell opportunities
- Manage onboarding and product training for new clients
- Proactively support users via email and video calls
- Resolve inquiries and guide customers to solutions quickly
- Monitor key account health metrics and address risks of churn
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams for seamless customer experience
- Share insights, feedback, and process improvements with the team
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing B2B SaaS roles
