- Du vil ofte arbejde selvstændigt, især om natten
Responsibilities
- Yde imødekommende, glad og jordnær service til gæster
- Tjek ind / tjek ud af gæster
- Håndtere individuelle og gruppe reservationer via e-mail
- Telefonbetjening
- Administration af ankomst- og afrejselister samt daglig opfølgning
- Opsalg af værelsesopgraderinger og mersalg
- Fakturering og kasseafstemning
- Salg fra baren
Requirements
- Brænder for service
- Erfaring fra et servicefag er en fordel
- Forstår dansk og behersker engelsk i skrift og tale på avanceret niveau
- Flair for IT – erfaring med Office pakken og gerne Mews hotelsystem
- God energi, positiv indstilling, proaktiv og ansvarsbevidst
