Responsibilities
- Assist Planning service customers in Finland via email and video
- Help customers select kitchen models, colours, and accessories
- Fill shopping carts with desired fronts, handles, taps, sinks, and worktops based on IKEA kitchen plans
- Create installation plans for customers
- Offer expert support on all aspects of A.S.Helsingö products
- Process orders and manage sales support and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the team to improve services and processes
Requirements
- Positive and upbeat personality

- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service remotely
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Fluent in Finnish and English (verbal and written); Swedish is a major plus
