Role Summary
Skill Bridge ApS is seeking 15 experienced butchers for partner meat processing plants across Denmark. The role involves precise cutting, deboning, and trimming of meat according to production standards, while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Cutting, deboning, and trimming beef, pork, or lamb according to specifications
- Ensuring product quality and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP)
- Using knives and tools safely and efficiently
- Cleaning and maintaining workstations and equipment
- Following production targets and company guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a butcher (industrial or retail)
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a cold and fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication skills (Danish is an advantage)
