Sygeplejerske til lægehus

This position is for a registered nurse (sygeplejerske) in a general practice setting at a medical clinic in Vissenbjerg, Fyn, serving approximately 7,000 patients. The role requires independent management of patient consultations, particularly chronic disease monitoring including diabetes, COPD, asthma, hypertension, metabolic disorders, and osteoporosis. Responsibilities also include conducting second and third-year pediatric examinations, wound care, vaccinations, and telephone triage during staff absences. The nurse will perform clinical laboratory functions such as ECGs, lung function tests, blood sampling, and urine analyses. Candidates must be educated as registered nurses, preferably with experience in general practice or relevant hospital departments, especially outpatient clinics. The role demands a structured, independent working style, adaptability to new tasks, strong teamwork and collaboration skills, and the ability to maintain composure and oversight in busy situations. A friendly, positive, and caring demeanor is essential. The position is full-time (35-37 hours per week) with salary according to the PLA agreement with the Danish Nurses' Organization. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team including five physicians, two nurses, secretarial staff, medical trainees, and students. The ideal candidate will have practical competencies in chronic disease management, pediatric assessments, wound treatment, vaccination protocols, telephone triage, and clinical diagnostic procedures such as ECG and spirometry. Strong organizational skills, patient-centered care, and effective communication within a busy primary care environment are critical for success in this role.
