About the role
Marbæk Købmand Kvik Spar in Frederikssund is expanding with a new restaurant concept and is seeking two (2) full-time cooks. Join an exciting new project and help build the kitchen team from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu and quality standards
- Support daily kitchen tasks: chopping, prepping, mise-en-place, cleaning
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Follow hygiene and food-safety regulations at all times
- Work efficiently during busy service hours
- Assist with stock control and ordering when necessary
Requirements
- Experience as a cook or kitchen assistant (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic English or Danish communication skills
