Role Summary
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for EMEA and APAC clients
- Maximize client value from the Dreamdata platform
- Hybrid role: minimum 3 days per week in Central Copenhagen office (no full-time remote)
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews with clients
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns, escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client success
- Provide strategic support to maximize client ROI
- Monitor client platform usage and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and detailed performance reports
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM system
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably MarTech or Big Data
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial experience (new business, renewals, upsells, cross-sells)
- Proven track record of driving revenue results for customers and company
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills; solid business acumen
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work across internal teams
Benefits
- Total monthly OTE: 65-75k DKK
- Base salary: 55-60k DKK/month (based on experience)
