Role Summary

  • Focus on outbound prospecting via cold calls
  • Support top-of-funnel sales by generating qualified appointments for Account Executives
  • Expand client base across North America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and other markets

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for product demos
  • Follow and adapt a proven cold outreach script
  • Log all activity and lead information in the CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in SaaS and B2B sales
  • Proven track record of setting qualified appointments
  • Experience with North American clients/markets
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with quotas
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
