Role Summary
- Focus on outbound prospecting via cold calls
- Support top-of-funnel sales by generating qualified appointments for Account Executives
- Expand client base across North America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and other markets
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients
- Qualify leads and set appointments for product demos
- Follow and adapt a proven cold outreach script
- Log all activity and lead information in the CRM
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling
- Fluent in English
- Experience in SaaS and B2B sales
- Proven track record of setting qualified appointments
- Experience with North American clients/markets
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with quotas
- Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
