A doctoral degree (PhD) in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field is required, along with a significant record of scholarly achievement and academic leadership. Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and familiarity with regulatory standards in pharmaceutical analysis, such as ICH guidelines and GMP, are advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor students and junior researchers are important for success in this role.
