This role is a maternity cover position for customer support based in Galten, involving direct interaction with customers via phone, email, and in-person at the store. The candidate must quickly learn and understand GEjSER's product range, primarily e-cigarettes and related accessories, to provide knowledgeable guidance and ensure a positive customer experience across all communication channels. Key competencies include strong service orientation, clear and professional communication skills, and the ability to empathize with customers. The position also requires flexibility, reliability, and a positive, approachable demeanor. In addition to customer interaction, the role involves supporting daily store operations such as shelf organization, restocking, and cleaning. While prior knowledge of e-cigarettes is beneficial, it is not mandatory as thorough product training is provided. The working hours cover weekdays and Saturdays, with some additional time expected at opening and closing.
