About the role
- Barselsvikariater (maternity cover positions) at Viborg Katedralskole starting 1 April 2026, with teaching commencing after Easter break
- Positions expected to extend into the 2026-27 school year
Responsibilities
- Teaching the following STX classes:
- Two German (tysk) classes at B-level (1g and 2g)
- Two Danish (dansk) classes (1g and 2g)
- Three Physical Education (idræt) classes (two at C-level, one B-level elective)
- Two 1g Mathematics (matematik) classes (A- and B-level)
- Other teaching-related tasks may be assigned
- Additional tasks available in the boarding department (kostafdeling):
- Primarily evening shifts
- Responsibility for boarding students' clubs
- Various SoMe (social media) tasks
Requirements
- Full-time or part-time positions depending on subject combination
- Applicants with teaching competence in several of the listed subjects are especially encouraged to apply
- Applicants with competence in only one subject (preferably supplemented with another relevant subject) are also welcome; in this case, a part-time position may be offered, with possible adjustment for the 2026-27 school year
- Preferably candidates with pædagogikum (teaching qualification), but those without will also be considered
