Role Summary

Vi søger en ny bogholder til en central og alsidig fuldtidsstilling med opstart hurtigst muligt. Du får ansvaret for klubbens bogholderi og vil samarbejde tæt med sekretariatet om øvrige opgaver. Vi er en aktiv golfklub med engagerede medlemmer, frivillige og ansatte.

Responsibilities

  • Daglig bogføring
  • Afstemninger og momsindberetning
  • Lønkørsler
  • Fakturering samt debitor- og kreditorstyring
  • Kasseafstemninger
  • Udarbejdelse af måneds- og årsregnskaber i samarbejde med klubbens kasserer
  • Bidrage til ekspeditionen i golfshoppen
  • Assistere sekretariatschefen med administrative opgaver

Requirements

  • Erfaring med bogholderi og økonomistyring
  • Kendskab til Office 365, e-conomic og Dataløn
  • Behøver ikke kendskab til golf
  • Fleksibel, engageret, selvstændig og struktureret
  • Trives med tal og regnskab
  • Sætter pris på kontakt med medlemmer og kollegaer
