- Combine leadership (30%) with hands-on Business Analyst work in a squad (70%)

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a chapter of Business Analysts, supporting their professional and personal growth
- Develop best practices and tools to ensure quality and consistency across projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions
- Provide domain expertise to squads, support testing, facilitate workshops, and analyse challenges
- Contribute to delivering frictionless credit journeys for customers and advisers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- 2–3 years of leadership experience with strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Responsive and empathetic leadership style, encouraging open communication and inclusivity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in creating value for customers and driving innovation in credit journeys
- Advanced proficiency in English
