This role seeks a technically proficient building constructor specializing in agricultural and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have relevant education or practical experience in construction design, with a strong ability to translate theoretical knowledge into high-quality technical drawings and practical solutions. Proficiency in digital design and project coordination tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Dalux is essential. Responsibilities include coordinating project planning with clients, contractors, project managers, consultants, and suppliers, as well as preparing detailed technical drawings for bids, sketches, regulatory submissions, and construction execution. The role also involves participating in construction meetings, site supervision, measurements, cost calculations, and material ordering. Candidates may be recent graduates in technical design, building technology, or building construction, or experienced professionals ready to assume responsibility immediately. The position offers a central role within a multidisciplinary technical team including architects and fire safety consultants, providing opportunities for professional and personal growth in a supportive work environment. The workday is varied, covering projects from concept through completion, emphasizing practical application and collaboration in agricultural, industrial, and commercial building contexts.

Ansvarsområder
- Koordinere sagsspecifik projektering med kunde, bygherre, projektleder, rådgivere og leverandører
- Udarbejde teknisk tegningsmateriale til tilbud, skitser, myndigheder og udførelse
- Bidrage til projektleders byggemøder, tilsyn, opmåling, kalkulation, varebestilling m.m.
Krav
- Relevant uddannelse eller erhvervserfaring
- Indsigt i eller interesse for landbrugs- og industribyggeri
- Skarp på digitale værktøjer og platforme som Revit, Autocad, Bluebeam, Dalux o.lign.
- Evne til at omsætte teori til praktiske bygbare løsninger og producere tegningsmateriale i høj kvalitet

- Nyuddannet teknisk designer, byggetekniker eller bygningskonstruktør med interesse for projektering
- Eller erfaren projekterende med lignende opgaver og klar til at tage ansvar fra dag ét
