Advanced proficiency in IT systems, including ERP and financial tools, is required to drive business efficiency. The role involves managing a team of over 20 employees and requires frequent travel within Europe to support cross-border strategic initiatives. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, with professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA. Fluency in both English and German is mandatory, reflecting the multinational environment. The position suits a self-motivated, hands-on leader with resilience and the ability to operate at a strategic and operational level. Experience with HGB accounting standards complements the IFRS expertise, supporting compliance within the German and broader European regulatory frameworks. Role Summary
- Lead the full European finance organisation, including finance, IT, and legal
- Work with both strategic direction and operational financial processes
- Daily workplace at either Tilst (near Aarhus, Denmark) or Winsen/Luhe (Germany), based on your preference

- Lead a team of 20+ employees
- Travel within Europe as part of cross-border responsibilities and strategic projects
Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- ACCA or CPA experience
- Strong IFRS and HGB knowledge
- Advanced IT skills, including ERP and financial tools
- Fluent in English and German
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and resilient
