Responsibilities

• Daily mise en place and hot-line service
• Cook & plate to spec; maintain consistency
• Hygiene & food safety (HACCP)
• Stock rotation, deliveries, waste control
• Keep a clean, efficient station

Requirements

• 2+ years in a professional kitchen (hot line preferred)
• Strong knife skills and basic techniques
• Calm under pressure; reliable and punctual
• Team player; English or Danish
• Hygiene certificate (or obtained quickly)
