Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of cutting-edge marketing technology within analytics and insights
- Transform proactive customer engagement and marketing campaigns through actionable insights
- Bridge business objectives and customer journey analytics, turning data into proactive strategies
- Translate complex marketing technology into compelling narratives for marketing and sales teams to unlock growth opportunities
Requirements
- Experience with marketing technology and enablement (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce), insights tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), CRM (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce, Databricks), digital analytics (e.g. GA4, Adobe) or similar tools
- Experience driving transformation, for example within personalisation, digital marketing, or customer journey analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking with a deep understanding of business challenges, able to generate analytics and solutions
- Proactive and energetic in project management, with strong problem-solving skills
