Role Summary
- Join Tise to help create the world’s best second-hand marketplace, blending sustainability, culture, and commerce
- Strengthen the leadership team as CMO to elevate the brand and deepen impact across multiple markets
- Lead the Marketing department (approx. 20 people) across Norway, Denmark, and Finland
- Empower Country Managers and lead Brand and Performance Marketing teams
- Align positioning, storytelling, and growth efforts for business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Country Managers, setting ambition and executional pace in each market
- Oversee and lead Brand and Performance Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with local needs and commercial goals
- Build a cross-market marketing model that leverages local insights into repeatable playbooks
- Strengthen Tise’s cultural presence, staying true to company values
- Grow and coach senior marketing leaders to raise ownership, creativity, and execution
Requirements
- Proven success leading marketing in a consumer brand, platform, or marketplace across multiple markets
- Ability to combine brand instinct with commercial sharpness, making decisions based on data and intuition
- Experience running teams where creativity and performance are integrated
- Leadership style based on empowerment, empathy, trust, clarity, and accountability
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
