The role requires a proactive mindset, autonomy in driving initiatives, and the ability to navigate ambiguity by creating clarity and unblocking progress in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving global e-mobility business. Responsibilities also include preparing and facilitating leadership meetings, maintaining dashboards and reporting structures for actionable insights, supporting hiring and onboarding processes, and contributing to strategic cross-departmental projects including fundraising, partnerships, and market expansion. Fluency in English is required. Role Summary
- Work closely with the CEO and Management Team to keep priorities sharp and execution on track
- Turn priorities into progress, ensuring key initiatives move forward and decisions are followed up
- Collaborate across the organisation to ensure unified progress
- Operate in an agile, fast-growing environment—often building from scratch
- Develop repeatable ways of operating to support efficient scaling
- Manage complexity and support sustainable growth in a global e-mobility business
- Step in to unblock progress when challenges arise

Responsibilities
- Translate Management’s priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes
- Build and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) across functions
- Design and roll out a company-wide operating rhythm and platform (e.g., Notion)
- Prepare and run leadership meetings, follow up on decisions, and ensure progress is visible
- Create dashboards and reporting structures for actionable insights
- Support management with hiring plans, onboarding, and organizational development
- Support strategic cross-departmental projects such as fundraising, partnerships, and market expansion
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in consulting or a high-growth startup/scale-up (both is a plus)
- Experience developing and documenting SOPs or internal frameworks
- Strong analytical and communication skills; confident presenting to senior leadership
- Proactive mindset with initiative to identify and complete tasks
- Familiarity with automation and workflow tools (e.g., Notion, Zapier, n8n) and curiosity about AI tools
