- Join Tise’s leadership team in Oslo, Norway
- Lead the Product & Design team of 12 (directly managing 5 senior members)
- Responsible for the full product development process, from vision to execution
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to shape Tise’s direction
- Help create the world’s best second-hand marketplace, where sustainability meets style
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Product & Design department to deliver outstanding user experiences
- Own the vision and execution of product development across Tise
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to set company direction
- Identify and prioritise opportunities shaping the future of second-hand shopping
- Support, mentor, and develop product managers and designers
Requirements
- Consistent track record in product development, ideally from a startup or scale-up
- Experience from more than one environment, bringing diverse perspectives
- Bridge-builder who ensures clarity, alignment, and collaboration across teams
- Lead with empathy and fairness, creating psychological safety and trust
- Hold people accountable and follow up on expectations
- Highly data- and experiment-driven; comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and emerging technologies (AI/ML)
- Ability to combine strategic vision with practical execution
- Focus on growth and opportunity rather than micromanagement
- Skilled at connecting product, business, and growth, and managing partners
- Fluent in English
