The candidate must demonstrate strong culinary skills in preparing and cooking a variety of Asian dishes, including both hot and cold buffet items. Responsibilities include overall kitchen management, food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and inventory management such as receiving and organizing goods. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently while also being a committed team player, able to maintain composure and efficiency under stressful conditions. Effective communication skills in Danish, English, or Chinese are preferred but not mandatory. The role offers a full-time schedule (37 hours per week) with remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.
