Requirements
- Good physical condition
- Able to start early mornings from 05:00
- Work fast without losing quality
- Consistent attendance — no excuses
- Take feedback professionally
- Maintain a positive, respectful attitude
- Work with discipline and follow structure
- Understand that “being tired” is not a valid reason for absence
- Hold a driver’s license (B); own car is a plus
- Must speak English; Danish is a plus, but not required
