While formal qualifications as a trained machinist or industrial technician are advantageous, practical experience with CNC programming and machine operation is highly valued. Key competencies include the ability to work independently and within a self-managing team environment, strong collaboration skills, responsibility, and a proactive, curious attitude. Attention to quality and safety standards is essential, along with reliability and punctuality. Role Summary

- Arbejde i selvkørende team på ca. 12 personer fordelt på to skift
Responsibilities
- Opstilling og programmering på langdrejere (Goodway) eller drejebænke (Mazak)
- Daglig produktion, primært i syrefast stål
- Løbende kvalitetskontrol
- Vedligeholdelsesopgaver
Requirements
- Faglært maskinarbejder eller industritekniker (ikke et krav)
- Erfaring med Fanuc/Mazatrol styring er et plus
- Gode samarbejdsevner
