This Commercial Co-Founder Transition Programme is designed for commercial professionals with at least two years of experience in corporate, consulting, or scale-up environments who are aiming to transition into early-stage startups. The programme focuses on translating established commercial expertise into founder-like roles such as co-founder, first commercial hire, or early team member within startup contexts. Participants will gain practical insights and tools for working effectively in high-performing, cross-functional teams and learn techniques to collaborate with diverse thinking styles. Emphasis is placed on understanding the dynamic process of achieving and accelerating product–market fit, as well as identifying and pursuing viable opportunities within the Danish innovation ecosystem. The experiential nature of the programme involves real startup case studies and interactive workshops, fostering hands-on learning and direct application of commercial skills to entrepreneurial challenges. This four-week, in-person programme supports participants in developing a foundation for impactful roles in startups without requiring prior startup ideas or technical backgrounds, focusing instead on commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive. The cohort is limited to 30 participants to ensure quality interaction and personalized development. Ideal candidates are motivated professionals seeking a career shift into entrepreneurship and innovation, ready to contribute strategically to early-stage ventures in Denmark.
