Role Summary
- Hands-on salesperson to help drive growth in 2026
- Responsible for existing customers and building a pipeline of new customers
- Own customer relationships and turn opportunities into signed projects
- Freedom and agency across outreach, calls, proposals, follow-ups, and procurement
Responsibilities
- Keep in close contact with customers and leads, ensuring every conversation has a clear next step
- Manage existing customers and grow accounts through follow-up projects
- Move deals from first call to signed agreement: calls → proposal → procurement → signature → kickoff
- Keep CRM updated to track deal status
- Run structured outreach and market tests, sharing learnings
Requirements
- Proactive and consistent with follow-ups
- Experience selling B2B products or services and closing deals end-to-end
- Comfortable with big projects and longer sales cycles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys working in a small team and taking ownership
