Role Summary
commonsku is revolutionizing the promotional products industry with a platform that empowers branded merch distributors. As a Product Manager (Shops), you'll lead the vision and roadmap for commonsku Shops, collaborating with design, engineering, and customer-facing teams to deliver an exceptional e-commerce experience.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for commonsku Shops
- Partner with designers and engineers to deliver best-in-class shopping and shop creation experiences
- Conduct discovery through customer research, data analysis, and market insights
- Write clear product requirements and user stories
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and business alignment
- Measure feature success and iterate based on data and feedback
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to gather feedback and ensure smooth adoption
- Collaborate with adjacent product areas to ensure integration into the distributor workflow
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with commerce, design, or consumer tech exposure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Deep curiosity and empathy for users
- Comfort working with qualitative customer feedback
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
- Balance of strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution

- Salary: $80,000–$95,000 CAD, plus 5% annual bonus opportunity
