Responsibilities
- Track customer concerns, identify trends, and drive calls
- Work cross-functionally to remove customer obstacles
- Ensure every customer has an extraordinary experience
- Understand why customers wish to cancel and work on solutions to retain them
- Listen for opportunities to upsell additional products and services
Requirements
- Calm under pressure and excellent at establishing rapport
- Kind and empathetic
- Able to adapt quickly to change
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Skilled multitasker and organized by nature
- Experience with Zendesk, Hubspot, or similar technology
Compensation
- $6/hour base salary
- Additional commission potential

Shifts

- Open daily from 9 am to 9 pm EST
- Weekend work on a rotating basis
