Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Track customer concerns, identify trends, and drive calls
  • Work cross-functionally to remove customer obstacles
  • Ensure every customer has an extraordinary experience
  • Understand why customers wish to cancel and work on solutions to retain them
  • Listen for opportunities to upsell additional products and services

Requirements

  • Calm under pressure and excellent at establishing rapport
  • Kind and empathetic
  • Able to adapt quickly to change
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Skilled multitasker and organized by nature
  • Experience with Zendesk, Hubspot, or similar technology

Compensation

  • $6/hour base salary
  • Additional commission potential

Shifts

  • US timezone-based shifts
  • Open daily from 9 am to 9 pm EST
  • Weekend work on a rotating basis
