Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, and Customer Success teams is essential to align content with business goals and sales cycles. Strong understanding of Enterprise sales processes and the buyer journey is critical to creating effective content that drives lead generation and supports demand generation efforts. Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo is advantageous. The candidate should have experience working alongside SEO agencies to define and execute organic content strategies and be adept at identifying content gaps. Managing and growing B2B social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, X) to amplify brand presence and thought leadership is also part of the role, requiring knowledge of social media trends and algorithm optimization. The position demands excellent collaboration and communication skills, the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment. Role Summary
- Take ownership of content marketing at Waitwhile
- Shape our voice, strategy, and processes from the ground up
- Lead creation of high-impact content across the funnel and multiple channels
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and Customer Success
- Focus on expanding our Enterprise customer base
Responsibilities
Enterprise & Strategic Content
- Develop high-impact content for Enterprise buyers: case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, product sheets, explainer video scripts
- Create conversion-optimized content: landing pages, nurture flows, lead magnets
- Work with designers to produce visually engaging content assets
Demand Generation & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on ABM campaigns with personalized content for high-priority Enterprise accounts
- Partner with SEO agency to define and execute content strategy for organic lead generation
- Identify and address content gaps across the buyer journey
Thought Leadership & Brand Amplification
- Manage and grow Waitwhile’s social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, X) with B2B-focused content
- Stay updated on social trends and algorithms to optimize performance
- Support internal subject matter experts and executives in building thought leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategic content marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills for both long-form and short-form content
- Experience creating content for lead generation campaigns (gated assets, nurture flows, funnel-stage collateral)
- Strong understanding of Enterprise sales cycles and content’s role in the buyer journey
- Excellent collaboration skills; able to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup
Nice to Have
- Experience with ABM
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Experience working with SEO/content agencies
