Strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple concurrent projects, production timelines, and workflow in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills are required to build and maintain relationships with partners, publishers, and stakeholders for alignment and approvals. The candidate should be enthusiastic about both short and long-form content, pacing, and storytelling within competitive gaming. The role involves travel for live events and international broadcast operations, with some weekend and evening work depending on event schedules. About the role
- Creative and highly organized Content Producer role focused on esports and storytelling

- Report directly to the Executive Producer
- Shape narrative direction and manage production workflows
- Deliver content across live shows, digital platforms, and social channels
- Full-time, 13-month contract position
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of video content, live show segments, and creative assets
- Develop and pitch creative concepts to elevate the esports experience
- Work with internal teams (editors, designers, talent, broadcast crew) to ensure high-quality content aligned with BLAST brand goals
- Conduct research and gather insights from audience trends, game communities, and esports culture
- Manage production timelines, workflow organization, and cross-team communication
- Build strong relationships with partners, publishers, and stakeholders for alignment and approvals
Requirements
