Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Danish business in line with Dive Group’s strategy
  • Lead and execute sales, operations, and customer relationships
  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Inspire and coach a local team of four professionals
  • Ensure efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Proven track record in driving growth and managing P&L
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Danish and English
