Responsibilities
- Drive Poda’s commercial development in Sweden
- Support and strengthen the growth of the current Swedish partner
- Identify, attract, and recruit new franchise partners
- Conduct regular visits to customers and partners across Sweden
- Provide commercial support (pricing, proposals, follow-up)
- Maintain close alignment with Poda headquarters in Osted, Denmark
- Represent Poda and its values in all interactions
Requirements
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development, partner management, or sales
- Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Sweden
- Residence in Sweden or Denmark (location is flexible)
- Willing and able to spend regular working days at the head office in Osted, Denmark
- Fluent in Swedish and English
