Role Summary
- Join Uniify as a Customer Success team member in central Copenhagen

- Report to the CCO of Uniify
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, goals, and pain points; develop and execute plans to address them
- Serve as the first line of support, ensuring timely and effective assistance
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales) to resolve issues and drive improvements
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience using CRM systems
