About the role

Role Summary

  • Join Uniify as a Customer Success team member in central Copenhagen
  • Work with a fast-growing team impacting the financial sector
  • Lead a proactive customer success model to improve customer onboarding for financial companies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding to ongoing support
  • Report to the CCO of Uniify

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs, goals, and pain points; develop and execute plans to address them
  • Serve as the first line of support, ensuring timely and effective assistance
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team
  • Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales) to resolve issues and drive improvements
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up abilities
