Role Summary
- Full-time Rider Support Agent
- Join a fully remote customer support team
- Support riders via live SoMe, live chat, email, and voice
- Report to the Head of Rider Support Team
- Work remotely from any location
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer experience across all support channels
- Stay updated on products and processes to provide accurate information
- Process various types of rentals
- Update content, FAQs, and handle ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Available as soon as possible (flexible for the right candidate)
- Fluent in English and German
- Able to work full-time (37 hours/week)
- Empathetic and enjoy communicating with people
- Structured and process-oriented
- Fast learner; skilled with mobile and web tools
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays (support is open 365 days/year)
