Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to B2C inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and contact form
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure high satisfaction
  • Provide product knowledge and guidance tailored to individual consumers
  • Guide customers in setting up charging stations with clear instructions
  • Collaborate with other teams, including development, to report bugs or shortcomings
  • Create knowledge base articles and update internal documentation
  • Work on a shift-based schedule (Monday-Sunday, 07:00-19:00, 7.5-8h blocks)

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French (other languages are a bonus)
  • Ideally located in or around Copenhagen, Denmark
  • Driven and able to think outside the box
  • Experience in customer-facing environments
  • Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership
  • Tech-savvy
