Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential for delivering executive-ready content and facilitating alignment across multiple teams. Experience with integration governance frameworks, M&A scorecards, and familiarity with budget tracking and cost center governance is advantageous. Knowledge of SAP migration processes and public-company reporting standards is beneficial, as is experience collaborating with product and engineering teams on analytics instrumentation during integration and launch phases. Role Summary

- Lead data integration between Tise and eBay, serving as the analytics function
- Standardize definitions and reporting across teams
- Act as the single source of truth for integration metrics, alignment tracking, and executive-ready content

Responsibilities
- Own data integration and definitions alignment across Tise and eBay
- Establish consistent metrics taxonomies and reporting standards
- Build and maintain scorecards, ensuring quarterly updates and alignment to the integration operating model
- Provide content for weekly integration forums and bi-monthly Steering Committee (SteerCo)
- Partner with multiple teams to produce executive-ready deliverables (scorecards, SteerCo packs, metrics dashboards)
- Contribute to central integration governance by preparing materials, minutes, templates, and action tracking
- Track and report integration metrics, alignment targets, risks, and progress status for leadership forums
- Develop dashboards and reports by market to support additional launches
- Ensure controls and compliance in reporting, maintaining documentation and audit-ready outputs
- Support product/tech integration analytics for foundational tech/security workstreams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, FP&A, data operations, or business intelligence (ideally in marketplaces, e-commerce, or M&A integration)
- Proven experience building executive scorecards and governance reporting (SteerCo, business reviews, portfolio scorecards)
- Advanced skills in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio), data modeling, and pipeline design
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into reliable reporting
- Success operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong program management and partner engagement skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for senior leadership
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to M&A scorecard frameworks (MAC) and integration governance cadences
- Familiarity with ICE budget tracking and cost center governance
- Comfort working with SAP migration timelines and public-company reporting standards
- Experience partnering with product/engineering on analytics instrumentation during integration and launch phases
