Drive the future of Agentic AI-based advisory with Danske Bank. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will join the Credit Agent project, building next-generation cloud-powered AI solutions to empower advisors and transform banking processes. You will collaborate with experts, shape a central product for Danske Bank’s Forward ’28 strategy, and bring technical vision to impactful projects.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models for banking processes
- Analyse performance data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
- Implement enhancements to models, algorithms, and user experience
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven guidance into advisor tools
- Promote the project and articulate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Participate in agile planning, sprint reviews, and technical design discussions
- Stay current with advances in AI and data engineering; apply new knowledge proactively
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Experience building new solutions from the ground up
- Familiarity with GenAI / LLM-based technologies
- Proficiency with Python libraries for implementing AI agents with tool usage (e.g., Strands)
- Ability to evaluate and monitor AI agent performance (e.g., Arize Phoenix, LangWatch)
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and data engineering
- Effective communication skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams and mentor others
- Able to work independently on complex tasks and deliver results
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with AWS (AgentCore)
