Role Summary
DanPilot søger en kvalificeret disponent til et team på 19 medarbejdere, der bemander disponeringen døgnet rundt, året rundt. Stillingen indebærer kompleks mandskabsdisponering, ressourceoptimering og kommunikation for at sikre sejladssikkerheden i danske farvande.
Responsibilities
- Kompleks mandskabsdisponering på tværs af landet
- Effektiv brug af ressourcer og overholdelse af hviletidsaftaler
- Oprettelse af ordrer og kundepleje via mail og telefon
- VHF-kommunikation med skibe og bådførere
- Samarbejde med kollegaer i skiftehold (op til fem ad gangen)
- Brug af telefon og eget disponeringsprogram
- Deltagelse i grundigt oplæringsforløb (3-4 måneder)
- Arbejde i 12-timers vagter (dag, nat og weekend)
- Samarbejde med lodser, bådførere og kunder
Requirements
- Erfaring indenfor spedition eller kendskab til disponering
- Velafbalanceret, loyal og arbejdsom
- Evne til at håndtere højt arbejdspres
- Trives i et effektivt og dedikeret team med godt humør
- Gode kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk
- Faglig stolthed og samvittighedsfuld tilgang
